I take the plunge and apply the very simple techniues in this book well well worth a read for anyone who has every felt slave to FOOD OR WEIGHT OR THEIR APPEARANCE or weight or their appearance the severe ED to the insecure everyday womanmanCAN NOT RECCOMMEND ENOUGH So many of us suffer from binging It s good to know how to deal with it Read the book to get free from it Long read warning I ve read this book in conjunction with The Bulimia Help Method and believe me when I say that they are both fantastic sensible honest relatable and easy to follow guides to "changing your life for the absolute best i "your life for the absolute best I from bulimia for 10 12 years since I was 17 after I put myself on a very restrictive diet to loose weight at the age of 16 I d suffered from bulimia for so long that it became my friend and I couldn t imagine how I could live without it without it s help I found The Bulimia Help method while desperately searching online for something to help me as I had had enough of trying in vain to use willpower to stop binging The Bulimia Help method and the Binge Code have helped than I ever thought possible I haven t binged and purged for a month although it s not good to count the days and I only began my recovery using the Bulimia Help Method on 1st November 2018 it s now 24th Jan 2019 I binged and purged at least twice a day for 10 12 years and I can t believe how uickly my binge urges practically disappeared after following the steps in the Bulimia Help Method similar to those in The Binge Code As soon as I started reading The Bulimia Help Method my urges
